1. The service

DateMath (“we”, “us”) provides free date and time calculators that run in your browser. No account is needed and nothing is sold on the site.

2. Results are for information

We work to keep every calculation correct, and each page explains the rules it applies (for example how months are added and which holidays count as non-business days). Results are provided for general information only. Legal, contractual, court, tax, payroll and other official deadlines can follow rules of their own, such as local holidays or a different way of counting days: check those with the authority or the agreement that sets the deadline. You are responsible for how you use a result.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, disrupts the site or its hosting, or tries to gain access to systems you are not authorized to use. Automated bulk requests that degrade the site for others are not allowed.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, code and branding belong to DateMath. You may link to any page and share links to calculations freely.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or its results, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the site at any time. When the terms change, we update the “Last updated” date above; using the site after that means you accept the new terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
